Project Aim: Unveiling Tequila's Place in London's Vibrant Nightlife 🎯🌆 MindMarket launched an ambitious mystery shopping campaign aimed at understanding how tequila is perceived and presented in various bars, restaurants, and nightclubs across London. Partnering with a prominent Tequila brand, our goal was to delve into the nuances of tequila's positioning within the bustling social scene of central London.
Methodology: Covert Operations and Critical Interactions 🍹🤫 Over the span of three weeks, our trained mystery shoppers covertly visited 150 diverse venues, ranging from laid-back bars to upscale nightclubs. Each shopper was tasked with engaging bartenders in conversation to solicit recommendations for a tequila-based drink, thereby evaluating the bartenders' knowledge and enthusiasm for tequila. Following these interactions, the shoppers ordered the recommended drink and scrutinized the venue's drink menu to further assess how tequila featured among the offerings.
