Understanding Hydration Habits to Improve User-Centric Design: Wearables, Wellness, and the Water Within 🌊⌚
Spotlight on Specifics: Finding the Ideal Participants 🎯🔍 Our diligent Mind Market team was set on a mission to navigate the buzzing metropolis of London, seeking 18 wearables aficionados with a keen interest in hydration and health. We didn't limit our search to just one brand of fitness wearables; our net was cast wide to encompass wearables enthusiasts spanning from Apple to Garmin and Google, Whoop, Halo, Fitbit, Fossil and even Samsung. Every participant we sought had one thing in common: a history of tracking their water intake, reflecting a conscious approach to hydration health.
Digital Deep-Dives: Engaging in Online IDIs 🌐🗣 Our commitment and precision led us to curate a group of ideal respondents, ready to partake in intensive 90-minute online in-depth interviews. The feedback loop was both immediate and informative, leading to a seamless interaction between us, our participants, and the satisfied client team.
Drenching in Data: Unraveling the Hydration Journey 💻🧠 The very essence of our study was to tap into the hydration desires of users. We aimed to fathom when and how users gauge their hydration levels—be it upon waking up, post-exercise, or even continuously throughout the day. Moreover, understanding if they prefer quantitative hydration data or merely relative indicators was crucial. By delving deep into these nuances, we collaboratively designed user-centric hydration experiences that are not only clinically pertinent but also delightful and easy to navigate. Our venture was more than just a study; it was a rejuvenation of the Hydration Critical User Journey (CUJ), molding it with a deeper and more personalised touch.
Final Reflections: A Toast to Enhanced User Experience 🥤⌚📊🙏 At Mind Market, we cherish opportunities to align technology with genuine user needs. This endeavour was a testament to our passion and precision, and we eagerly await our next journey to mold the future of user-centric design in the wearables world.
