Venturing into the heart of London to explore the digital behaviours and preferences of map users on public transport
In today's interconnected urban landscapes, the reliance on digital maps for seamless public transport navigation has become almost instinctual. Driven by an ambition to gauge their mobile app's standing amidst competitors, a leading tech company turned to us to unearth the intricate perceptions and behaviors of map users in London—one of the world's most bustling transportation hubs.
Research Route: Channeling the precision of seasoned explorers, our Mind Market team embarked on this navigation research quest by curating a diverse group of 32 participants from London's vibrant public transport scene. We used the online diary methodology, an interactive online community platform that allowed participants to chronicle their real-time experiences.
