Driven by an ambition to gauge their mobile app's standing amidst competitors, a leading tech company turned to us to unearth the intricate perceptions and behaviors of map users in London—one of the world's most bustling transportation hubs.


Research Route: Channeling the precision of seasoned explorers, our Mind Market team embarked on this navigation research quest by curating a diverse group of 32 participants from London's vibrant public transport scene. We used the online diary methodology, an interactive online community platform that allowed participants to chronicle their real-time experiences.
