In-depth Interviews (IDIs) Market Research
In-depth interviews (IDI) really are our qualitative bread and butter here at MindMarket. Having a focused conversation with participants allows us to really get under the skin of what makes your audience tick.
Learn first-hand what your target market is looking for. Discover their pain points, preferences and opinions. Our experienced moderators will be able to ask the questions that really matter, helping you unlock specific insights to power your business forward.
As with dyad and triad interviews, we can offer In-depth Interviews in person, over the phone or online.

Why use in-depth interviews?
An IDI helps us dive deep into human behaviour with participants. The selected panel will have been chosen to represent your target audience, so we’ll be able to get to grips with what’s important for them. Because our experienced researcher will be present, we’ll also be able to hone in on specific areas you need more insight into, ask the right questions and make sure we get truly actionable data.
It’s no surprise this type of interview is the cornerstone of most qualitative market research projects. IDIs allow us to specifically unveil opinions and the reasoning behind specific behaviour.

How we conduct in-depth interviews for your project
At MindMarket, we believe in a wholly unique, bespoke and personalised experience. Your project will be built entirely based on your requirements, so we’ll assign a moderator/researcher who has experience in your sector or area of research.
We conduct IDIs in person, over the phone or online (e.g. using Zoom or other platforms) as required. This allows us to make sure we’re interviewing the right participants and have a varied panel for your market research study that offers a truly comprehensive overview.
